I've been smoking Seneca for a good many years now, but lately about half the pack is bad. Stems have poked through the paper or the seams are not tight causing the cigar to not hit worth a darn. Inexpensive cigars and that's why I smoke them, but if half the carton is bad, is it really cheaper?

Can you step up the quality control? Lately I'm getting 2/3 cigarettes per pack with pieces of stems in them and they taste awful. Seriously considering a brand change .

Every time we buy Seneca cigars they won't stay lit unless you squeeze the top part of the filter on the cigar and hold it down to where you can smoke it if you don't do that they won't stay lit your name in the last 3 months in the last 3 months in the last three months that we bought the cigars they have been like that we are very disappointed you need to fix it we buy 3 cartons a week and we're about to stop by them

Been smoking you vanilla filtered cigars for about 4 years and the most recent carton i am disappointed, at least 3 cigars in each pack have had an issue several with filters not fully sealed and then the one i have included a picture of.

Purchased a pack of cigarettes when opening realize there was holes and corrosion around the filters of the cigarettes as in the picture. Too afraid to smoke them I try to contact the number that was given to me. Customer service at this time was closed and not operational at the time. Was a little disappointed. Yes, I am smoking one now. Just got them today in mail from smokes spirit.

I order them online for like $35 a carton. Shipping is a little expensive so I only order when getting over 3 cartons a pop. I can’t find any other reviews on the Seneca Chills.

I thought they would be a smooth menthol, but it tastes almost like an ultra light. Any ideas?

It's over six months since I placed my order with Seneca

I never did get my money back. I'm disappointed by a company I did business with, and assured me I'd get my package, or my money back. But... since I've saved so much more than the amount lost, and they lost more in revenue than they can pay back; I take the train out to Southampton on Long Island from the city, and stock up on smokes at the res. One thing I won't do is pay over 10 bucks for a pack of cigarettes. Native Americans must be fed up with how government treats them, but, taking money from people with no notice or compensation is dishonest. Native Americans should keep in mind they are alienating people, and generating mistrust. It's not just cigarettes they are selling.

I’ve been ordering from Smokes spirit for the past 6 months and have had a positive general experience. I order Seneca’s for like under $35 a carton - and buying 3 cartons and shipping to my house, it’s like $100.

Is that good? New to buying them online. Was sketched out a little cause of the circa 2005 website design but I have gotten the orders I’ve placed online.

The shipping is a little slow; I am seeing an average of 2-3 weeks for shipping delivery times and the cost is kinda pricey. They use a small courier business, at least for me in mid-state NY, which makes sense why it’s expensive.
